* Completley re-wrote the spawning code, hopefully to get rid of potential memory leaks (which I've never conclusively found to exist in the spawn code). This has the more immediate effect of causing outposts to now spawn in a specific sequence, no more random spawning
 
* '-spawnrate' is now a percentage of normal spawn rate, from 30 to 300

This is a list of planned changes for the next version of Twilight.

General
