General

  • New shop page that allows access to the Goblin Laboratory.
  • Mending Generator's heal cast range reduced to avoid wasting the heal.
  • Kills from red or blue player should now tell how they split the bounty
  • [Bugfix] Outposts should correctly detect dead heroes
  • [Bugfix] Possible bugfix for movespeed glitch when heroes are polymorphed

Perks

AI

  • Heroes owned by red or blue should now be able to cast their barrage-type spells. Ex: Stormweaver's Thunderstorm.

    • Now explodes within 2 seconds instead of 2.5 seconds (0.5 seconds was due to the delay)
    • Short Fuse talent reduces the delay by 0.2 seconds (up from 0.1)
  • Elusive Flair
    • Cooldown reduced by 15 seconds
    • Range scaling reduced to 100 (down from 150)
    • Invisibility duration increased by 0.5 seconds
  • Smoke Cloud
    • Now slows enemies by 25%
    • Cooldown now decreases with level by 1.8 seconds
    • Duration scaling of cloud changed to 1 second (down from 2.4)
    • Miss chance scaling decreased to 5% (down from 8%)
    • Mana cost scaling reduced to 6 (down from 12)
    • Concussion talent now makes the slow stronger

Mystic Swashbuckler

  • Demoralizing Blow
    • now has a delayed attack
    • Sheepstrike crystal cost reduced by 6

Rune Knight

  • Siphon Glyph
    • Drains mana faster at 0.1 seconds instead of 1 second

  • Decoy now dies if the hero ports

  • R.I.P. tide's duration to create zombies increased to 10 seconds (up from 6)

  • Exhaustion can affect units that are not visible
  • Trap Corpse now stores the damage taken instead of the attempted damage
  • Flesh-Eating Cloud now moves to the caster if out of range and the caster has no enemies around him

Emberwraith

  • Cast point reduced to 0.4
  • Torture now deals 100% damage of the repeated damage to heroes instead of 75%
  • Cinderfury now affects fliers
  • Burning Embers (talent that restores mana based on killing units with Cinderfury) now restores a percentage of max mana instead of a constant mana point

Forlorn Martyr

  • Discharge now deals full damage to heroes
  • [Bugfix] Ion Surge was not dealing the correct damage to heroes
  • Stormspire
    • Cooldown reduced to 20 seconds (down from 30)
    • Casting range reduced by 50%

High Oracle

  • Cast point reduced to 0.4

    • Skeletons now benefit from weapon and armor upgrades
    • Initial area to raise skeletons increased to 800 (up from 600)
    • The initial area to create skeletons is now part of the limit in summoning skeletons

Nephilim

  • Lots of different adjustments to improve the scaling of his spells, such as increased modifiers from stats. Notable changes are listed below
  • Shred, Swipe, Vampiric Bite, and Execute now affect fliers
  • All spells in Shadow Mastery have their cooldown slightly reduced over the levels. Other spells that place buffs have similar reductions in cooldown with scaling
  • Evasion is now a weaker effect of constant 15% evasion as it has become a group buff
  • Shadowveil
    • Duration reduced to constant 10 seconds
    • Grants bonus movespeed of 5%/5%
    • Cooldown reduced to 4 seconds (down from 8)
  • Black Globe's armor debuff lasts 30 seconds on heroes
  • Scorch
    • Now deals 1/3 of the damage and the rest of the damage over 8 seconds
    • Range improved to 700 (up from 600)
    • Damage increased
  • Blastwave
    • slow on heroes increased to 3 seconds (up from 2)
    • Damage ratio based on distance from Nephilim is now 60% minimum (up from 50%)
  • Conflagrate
    • Treants now last 60 seconds
    • Hit points of Treants increased and hit point regeneration added
    • Attack damage type of Treants changed to Siege and attack damage lowered
  • Close Wounds
    • Healing is now a constant 4 seconds and the overall heal has been weakened
    • Cooldown reduced to 4 seconds (down from 7)
  • Night's Eye has been switched with Ignis Salvo
  • Ignis Salvo
    • Now prioritizes heroes and structures
    • Cooldown reduced to 40 seconds (down from 50)

Putrid Eidolon

  • Entangling Seed
    • Root duration on heroes reduced by 0.5 seconds
    • Sprouting talent now halves the level of the recurring seed instead of just decrementing by 1
  • Rotting Grove
    • attack type changed back to Siege attack type (and lowered damage)
    • explosion now deals 100% damage to heroes (down from 125%)

Sorrow Liege

  • Mortal Strike now affects fliers

Crimson Squall

  • Dominant Blow (Intelligence)
    • The initial blow is now considered physical damage
    • Damage over time now deals full damage to heroes
  • Surge (Agility)
    • Base duration increased by 3 seconds
    • Scaling of duration increased to 2 seconds (up from 1)
    • Strength modifier of duration now has a scaling of 0.01
    • Now hurts magic immune units and fliers
  • Crash (Agility) now hurts magic immune units

  • Casting point reduced to 0.4

Scarlet Maiden

  • Maiden Strike now orders the hero to attack the target after the spell is done
  • Mesmerize
    • Base range scaling decreased to 20 (down from 40)
