General
- Allied hero icons now show up on the left side if an ally hero is within 1200 range of the player's hero
- The minimum attack notification range has been increased to 2000 (up from 1250)
- The selection tooltip now indicates if a hero has a secondary magic attack
- Deathblow now has its old special effect
- [Bugfix] Killing an allied hero should no longer grant gold
- [Bugfix] Killing an enemy hero while under False Alliance should now grant crystal and experience
Perks
- Insight: Reduced radius to disrupt the 1% mana regeneration to 900 (down from 1200)
Commands
- Added -show command which toggles the display of allied hero icons
Battlefields
Candleburg
- Explosives Laden Zeppelin
- Should no longer explode on dead buildings
- Behavior of oscillating between two buildings should be reduced
Kedge's Landing
- Towers now take a minimum of 1 damage
- The middle Sentry Tower has been moved north more
- The period between a tower commander taking control of a tower has been increased to 3 seconds (up from 6)
Gloomreap Mire
- [AI] Digmasters no longer gain the stat benefits from i mode AI
- Invisible enemies will no longer disrupt hiring a Digmaster

Aeromancess
- Maelstrom: Number of initial tornadoes lowered to 6/0.5 (down from a constant 10)
Arcane Archer
- Familiar
- Now shares the hero attributes that the hero gains from having items. Gets 50% of the Strength and 100% of the Agility and Intelligence
- Gains 50% of the bonus Intelligence as attack damage
- Abilities have been changed:
- Each ability levels up every two levels after the Familiar has gained them. (Ex: Faerie Fire is level 3 when having Level 6 Familiar)
- Feedback is now at level 3 and replaces True Strike
- Spell Resistance is learned at level 5 and reduces damage taken from spells to 70%
- Starfall cooldown reduced to 60 seconds (down from 90)
- New Talent, Spiritbound in which the Familiar replenishes a fraction of the mana lost by the hero, using its own mana. This is done at a rate of 2 points of the Familiar's mana for 1 point of the hero's mana. This also occurs only when the Familiar has at least 25% of its max mana.

Blazing Priest
- Phoenix Touch

- Base damage has been reduced by roughly 50%
- Phoenixes have been changed to Burning Skeleton Mages which are grounded units with lowered movespeed (down to 300 from 320) and a secondary siege attack
- Burning Bones (the ability that damages melee attackers) now levels up with Phoenix Touch

Infiltrator
- Now gains a movespeed boost whenever she is invisible (before she would only have this movespeed boost while cloaked from Shadow Cloak or Stealth Strike)
- New talent, Shadowstep, which increases this movespeed boost

- Movespeed boost has been adjusted so that it is approximately 30% with the previous change
- Invisibility duration increased to 30 seconds (up from 20)
- Explosives' mana cost scaling reduced to 10 (down from 15)

- Duration of the cloud increased by 1 second
- Cast range now increases by 50 per elvel
- Cooldown decrease per level is now 2 seconds (up from 1.8)

- [Talent] Concussion Talent replaced with Under the Cover, giving allied units temporary invisibility

- Critical strike chance increased by 10%
- Duration of the magic resistance and critical strike
- Now indicated by a small special effect on the hero's weapon

- Raise: Skeletons now attack as part of the lane they're in unless they are under the control of the player
- [Talent Bugfix] Afterlife was only boosting the chance to raise units by 2% instead of 4%
Crest Witch
- Tidal Curse is now considered a debuff
Dread Shaman
- Bouncing Attack
- Damage lowered to 10 + 0.2 x Agi (down from 0.4 x Agi)

Fire Knight

- Chilled units now take 25% damage (down from 50%), but get chilled for 2 seconds

- Base distance of snowblasts increased to 800/200 (up from 500/40)
- Strength modifier increased to 1 (up from 0.5)
- Lowered cooldown between strikes to 0.25 (down from 0.5)
- [AI] Hopeful fix to lag from using Thunderstorm (this was introduced by a stupid change on my part)
Wretched Chef
- Feast and Horrifying Stew are now considered summoned units
- [Talent] Bloodrinker is now split into two levels at 20 crystal cost each: Level 1 heals 1%, while Level 2 heals 2% max mana. (changed from just one level of 2% at 40 crystal)
- Nausea's movespeed reduction decreased by 5%

- Druid's Starblast should now longer affect heroes

Equipment
- Hatchet: Cooldown reduced to 3 seconds (down from 4)
- Bravado: Now a passive effect, giving the wearer bonus Agility based on the number of enemies nearby
- Guise of the Witchdoctor: Now caps to the hero's missing mana and takes away that much health accordingly
