My opinion is they belong in their own section at the bottom, with formatting to allow multiple builds. Unsure if items belong under builds or not. Slightly reorganized it for now. | |||

tooltips are half bugged until filled out completly as it seems the first part of every text under a skill can be removed if the ingame tooltip is given, because its just a litte summary.

If I were you, I wouldn't put my own spell build in to the wiki page. This is more of a general hero overview in my opinion, rather than your personal strategy.
