Where can I download 1.11? The Clan EOTA website only has 1.10. And is 1.2b the latest version of Exodus? If not, where can i get that too?

If you even looked around at all, you would see that 1.11 is still in beta, and thus not available for the public.

Apart from that it is imbalanced and bugged to hell so playing it is not recommended, at least until some major problems are balanced.

You have to wait for it to be released, unless you join the clan or hang around the clan channels enough to be trusted (I estimate that at about maybe 2-3 months?)

Back in my day, you got "let in" in a day, and kicked out in three. Mostly due to inactivity.

From what I'ved heard, back in your day YOU were let in playing a different game than EotA.(maybe that was Reborn that said that?)

Yes, I was let in for a map I created. But I'd been hanging around awhile, so that alone wasn't the reason.
