I got -s to say 329 damage per second, but when I actually used it against a hero, I reduced the health from 1007 to 244 and 1200 to 435, meaning ~765 damage (not factoring hero regeneration). About the Angelstone nerf, the health regeneration makes it easy to not have to use the active. At +5 angelstone gives 5 regen and the active heals 700...that's still 140 seconds of regen required. 100 seconds if you factor in average hero regen. Another perspective of Balance Ratio would be BR = (Health * DPS)/(Avg. Health * Avg. DPS), which means that a hero with average health and average dps would have a BR of 1. Income is obviously very important but since its rather difficult to calculate it has to be left out of these models. Heroes only got added when their spells were added. Spells were added only when they're damage was predictable (or they're leftover from the healing data). I'll probably add the heroes (not the spells) for the item version for better verification of the averages.
