General

  • Arcane Wagon has Spell Immunity
  • Defense Generator's repair rate reduced to 12 (down from 16)
  • Itemhozing (Black Globe and Frozen Treasure) should now always itemhoze a random valid item.
  • [Bugfix] Units should now be affected by silence effects.

AI

  • Various tweaks to skill builds

Elven Battalion

Aeromancess

  • [Bugfix] Hold Person was dealing reduced damage to heroes.
  • Maelstrom's mana cost scaling increased to 14 (up from 6)

Arcane Archer

  • Meteor Swarm now stuns fliers
  • Familiar
    • Now takes magical damage from Familiar's death. Also takes full damage from it.
    • [Textfix] Tooltip updated with abilities that the Familiar learns.

Divine Wizard

  • Holy Strike base damage scaling reduced to 30 (down from 40)

Infiltrator

  • New talent: Stealth Strike which increases the backstab damage of Blitz
  • Attack of Opportunity
    • Randomness has been removed.
    • Damage has been adjusted:
      • Base damage scaling reduced to 48 (down from 80)
      • Agility modifier decreased to 1.5/0.5 (down from 1.9/0.7)
  • Smoke Cloud
    • Miss chance scaling changed to 50%/8% (previous was 15%/15%).
    • Duration scales as 4/2.4 seconds (changed from a constant duration of 16 seconds).
    • [Textfix]Tooltip updated to remove ranged units

Mystic Swashbuckler

  • Pilfer mana cost decreased to 40/10 (down from 80/20).
  • [Textfix] Demoralizing Blow -s displayed a "+"
  • Pilfer now heals the hero if he has no inventory space (heal is based on what potion he could get based on Pilfer's level)

Rune Knight

  • Catapulting Sigil had distance scaling changed to 200. (Prior distances were 600, 1000, 1600, 2500, 4500, 7000) Toss time has been adjusted accordingly.

Soul Binder

  • Now starts with full mana
  • Soul Strike:
    • Base damage changed to 25/13 (up from 20/10)
    • Intelligence modifier changed to 0.25/0.07 (up from 0.2/0.05)
  • [Textfix] Incinerate was listing wrong values for the duration at higher levels.

Tactician

  • Neutralize now damages fliers

Time Cleric

  • Degeneration
    • Mana cost scaling decreased to 11 (down from 18)
    • Base damage scaling increased to 10 (up from 8)
  • [AI] Forks now suffer 0.25% of their max health in damage per second.
  • Ebb and Flow now have movement type flying so that they don't block ground units.

United Creeps

Acid Reaver

  • Dragonfear's stun duration on heroes reduced to 1 second (down from 2 seconds)

Arcane Mistress

  • Infernal Binding's base damage has been reduced to 60/20 (down from 83/22)

Crest Witch

  • Tidal Curse
    • Waves reduced to 12 (down from 16)
    • Duration reduced to 5 seconds (down from 8)

Dread Shaman

  • Spiritwatcher Totem now gives unrestricted sight

Grim Hag

  • Moving evasion reduced to 30%

Icespinner

  • Chill Sacrifice's healing reduced to 10% (down from 15%)
  • Brain Freeze's range has been reduced to 800 and now scales by 80 (changed from constant 1200)

Scarab

  • Retribution
    • [Bugfix] Correctly removes special effect upon being silenced
    • [Textfix] Tooltip states constant duration

Grim Brigade

Ascendant

  • Sentinel
    • Evasion while flying reduced to 40% (down from 60%)

Defiler

  • [Bugfix] Devouring Plague's buff has been changed to address the bug of the debuff going away before killing the hero (previous bug was based on Spirit Link)
  • Pestilence mana cost scaling reduced to 11 (down from 21)

High Oracle

  • Now plays a sound when picked
  • Ki Blitz
    • Mana cost reduced by 20.
    • The crystal cost of talents (Ki Storm and Ki Strike) has been reduced to 10/12/14 (down from 12/16/20)
    • [Bugfix] Priority code was changed to make it correctly prioritize wounded units
  • Mindstab's bonus damage per Intelligence increased to 2.5% (up from 2%)
  • Zen Archery's attack damage per Intelligence increased to (22.5%/10.5%) up from (15%, 7%)

Incarnation

  • [Bugfix] Removed slight pause from Reaper's Boon
  • Rend Soul's cooldown decreased by 3 seconds
  • Dark Altar now provides 125% healing if the unit is killed by Incarnation
  • [AI] Was not levelling Dark Altar
  • [AI] Now casts Reaper's Boon

Nephilim

  • False Alliance
    • Now lasts for 4 seconds
    • No longer removed upon damage
    • Cooldown reduced to 45 seconds (down from 60)
  • Scorch, Duskslash, Vampiric Bite, and Pain now deal 100% damage to heroes.
  • Plunder
    • Now works on non-hero units, stealing for half the gold
    • Mana cost reduced by 16
  • [Bugfix] Retaliate at Level 1 was giving 20% movespeed
  • Distract now has scaling: range increases by 120 and area of effect increases by 25
  • [Bugfix] Scintillate was not levelling up the immolation properly due to a WC3 bug
  • [Textfix] Life Tap's -s shows the proper value
  • Ignis Salvo deals physical damage to magic-immune units

Sorrow Liege

  • Now plays a sound when picked
  • Aura of Fatality
    • Now deals indirect damage
    • [Bugfix] Changed buff as old buff based on Thorns Aura caused retaliation damage
    • [Bugfix] Buff AoE was showing 600 when it was actually 900.

Fel Horde

Crimson Squall

  • Crash's casting now fails if the hero is disabled
  • [Bugfix] Duel now tosses heroes to the center

Scarlet Maiden

  • [AI] Now uses Maiden Strike outside of ganks

Mercenaries

Blackguard

  • [Bugfix] Unwilling Sacrifice when used on the Skeleton was taking the maximum of 30% of the skeleton's max life or the skeleton's current life instead of taking the minimum.
  • [AI] Now correctly levels Shadowclap

Fire Knight

  • Flashfire's casting now fails if the hero is disabled

Stormweaver

  • Movement speed lowered to 300 (down from 320)
  • Elusive Mead can no longer blink while disabled
  • Snowblast
    • Delay between blasts increased to 0.5 (up from 0.25)
    • Duration to shoot increased to 9 seconds (up from 6)
  • Thunderstorm
    • Damage scaling reduced
      • Base damage is 15 (down from 30)
      • Intelligence Modifier is 0.05 (down from 0.15)
    • Duration to cast strikes increased by 3 seconds per level

Units

Grim Brigade

  • Necromancer's Death and Decay upgrade no longer affects heroes

Items

  • Fixed Offhands hotkey

Equipment

  • Mindgem's Sleep duration reduced to 3 seconds (down from 4). Range reduced to 300 (down from 500).
  • Temporal Buckler's evasion reduced by 5%
