Fawn's dispell bugged?

Have any of you guys messed with Reverse Magic lately?

I just did and it isn't working right, at least, it doesn't seem that way.

Tried to dispell Black Globe, and did, but shouldn't it reverse (hence the name) the armor effect?

Also tried crumble, aberration, and befuddle, both didn't work again, getting a little annoying, help please....

Note: The "dispell" part is working, but the other half, the part where it "reverses" the effect, isnt.

Hmm...how exactly does it matter? Many top skill level gamers can be in elementary school...I would say that old people can also be, but normally their minds are more set at the age I'm referring too and, while possible, is a lot harder...ahh, good ol youth, allow a moldable and adaptable mind capable of quickly learning and mastering things such as games.

Hmm...you know, intelligence is a broad term...theres raw information, there's logic, processing, vocal, and some others I believe. Although, not as broad as say the term genius, which technically refers to any outstanding ability, physical, mental, or a combo(Painting..). Although, in broadest terms, intelligence can refer to physical capabilities too, it's a stretch, and by no means referring to raw strength.

But, he may be more intelligent at some stuff, but not at others.
