Eve of the Apocalypse: Twilight

I think these should be obvious. But for some reason I can't find them and I get jack squat searching. For the life of me I can't figure out how to recrop the minimap background, I also can't find where to disable color choice in pregrame lobby.

Fixed colors should be "use fixed team settings" or something in the screen where you set forces.
