"Passed on to Reborn91"

Just noticed this in the Credits section of the quest log in the game. So, from what I am to understand of this, is Yak actually developing EotA still, or is it this Reborn91? From what I can tell on the forums, it seems to be Yak, but I would like to be sure. Thanks for anyone's time on clarifying this.
