They have natural advantage just because they can fly, (i remember that there was some topic about this)
due to that i think it should be possible to hit them with all single target skills that can target enemy heros.
Even thought it may lead to strange results, like a flyer becoming slowed because of a hit to his hamstring X_x.
btw garg cant be targeted by backlash, this could possibly be a bug

i know, but certain things should always be able to target them, because it would only be fair...
btw i dont think they can even be hit by all abilities while beeing netted, eg. not by grasping tree afaik
