Deals no damage, at least not on lvls 1&2

I got it to level 6, and still couldn't tell if it was doing damage. I don't think it was. Also it doesn't appear in -s.

cant tell lvl 3+ though but i doub it deals damage
evenmorethough dekar has confirmed it in his reat bow post
tested every level, none deals damage
