Anyone got a better explanation for how you can do that besides special? It confounds my brain...not that easy to do with things that should have a logical answer like this.

I think you already know.

You can burn salad if you're making a grilled veggie or meat salad.

Such as grilling the peppers, onions, chicken, or shrimp. If you grill them too long they will 'burn'?

That's my only explanation for that.
