Scarab

His talent overwhelming radiance is awesome, and makes him my favorite hero now !
However, it is a bit too much imo. A scarab stacking int gear will easily get to 100+ intelligence.
Compare smite and life wave at lv 6. Smite deals 2.50+2.25int damage, and it is a pretty good nuke. Now, Life wave can heal 3000+30xint life maximum, with overwhelming radiance this translates to 300+3xint damage (if you don't heal any friendlies, which is easy if you manoeuver around a bit.) Life wave has the highest int modifier of non-ultimate nukes, others have their intelligence modifier around 2.8x. You won't get any bonus from +evocation damage though, but it just means you will be concentrating on intelligence items to get massive amounts of mana.
The targeting of Life Wave although tricky is fairly easy to master, and while chasing heroes you're practically sure to hit (80% of the time because you have to be lucky/really skilled to avoid such a fast wave). With a bit of crystal you can get Nightmare too, which will freeze heroes so you can run back a bit and get a sure hit with the explosion. So yeah, a roughly 400 dmg nuke with a 600 dmg one seems a strong.
As if it weren't enough, high intel means you will get a lot of mana, so you can spam life wave and the very cheap (40 mana) smite. This makes the scarab a good wave pusher/destroyer, (Life wave + nightmare), a good nuker/harasser (smite), a good healer (life wave again) and a fair sieger (you can tank lots with apotheosis+celestial restoration). Granted, you won't take on all these roles at the same time but with the one build life wave+smite and a few crystal-granted points into nightmare you'll be VERY powerful all the time.
Seems a bit much, no?
EDIT : Whoops, forgot the suggestion. Anyways you could make it deal either a fixed amount of damage (100-200), but that would not be sexy at all. Or lower the percentage to 2.5%?
BUGS :
Overwhelming Radiance also affects frendly units
Although the total healing amount limit works, there seems to be no limit to single-target healing (I healed for 800 when -s said 500hp heal per unit)
(whoa, this post got way too long)
