Sorrow Liege problems

Ok I'm putting bastions on the paths at the main base. As I do I realize their summoning down the wrong path. This happens even when I stick the darn thing several paces up the lane.

Example:

Bastion placed on BOTTOM path is placing units in the path above it. HElp!

I do manage to get them going down the right path but I have to place the stupid bastion so far up the path they become vunerable.

Help please...

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Can you try and explain what you mean again?

Lol, sorry.

Ok so I place bastion on say bottom path right? but whenever I place it there they go to the next path up instead of the one the bastion was summoned on.

make sense? hope so.

Anyway, the only way to ensure they go down the path I place the bastion on is to move the bastion down that path quite a ways, so much so that it becomes vunerable to enemy attacks. We are talking about near the end of the base vunerable.

Need some help with this please,

Umm basicly you tried rerouting units with the bastion ... but for some reason you didnt use the attack position button ... instead you used rightclick which only moves the bastion to a news position.

Just leave the bastion where you created it. It doesnt really matter where its positioned ... every unit walking past it will be rerouted to the position the bastion attack-button coordinate has been set to.

2, they get summoned on right path but go down another one, like the next one up.

What is they? Who is summoning what? This is what I think you are saying. It sounds like you are expecting units to follow the lane that the Bastion is on when you summon it. I don't know what you mean by the units are summoning down the wrong path. That doesn't make any sense to me.

This is how the Bastion is supposed to work. You summon it and place it in the lane. Any unit that walks past it will be redirected to where you have set the rally point of the Bastion. It's exactly like a very slow moving Command Tower.

If you knew that already then I still don't know what you mean.

2=B....Basically, they go into the lane above and follow that one I believe he's saying.

Guys... I realize forums can degenerate into flame wars, but it's just a computer game we are chatting about. No slight to EoTA which I love, but it's really not worth getting all worked up over.

Even though you don't like each other and may think less of certain people for varying reasons, can we please be a bit more civil? I've noticed this board tends to pick someone they don't like and gang up on em. I'm just saying, lets get a little more perspective and don't immediately reply to a post that irritates us.

I myself have gotten pissed a few times after reading a response to my stuff, and Ive rolled my eyes at a few posts. But I just had to try to relax and realize that people misunderstand stuff on forums. Some people write when looking over their shoulder for their boss. Some have a mother yelling at them. There are lots of different circumstances and reasons why not every post on a board is carefully considered before clicking Submit. So, I do my best to cut people a bit of slack.

TL;DR version: Chill a bit.
