How about an IRC gathering location?

I registered [url=irc://irc.freenode.net/eota]#eota on freenode[/url] nearly 6 months ago. Of course, nobody uses it.

Why didn't you tell me, I needed another place to lurk endlessly.

I added it to IRC for Trillian.

I didn't know trillian could do that... Anyways I'm on now too.

we all use xfire... there's a thread about it somewhere you're welcome to join the xfire clan.

By the way, there's no substantive reason to use freenode for our IRC needs; it happens to be the network I'm on anyway, but it's oriented more towards collaborative projects (particularly software development) than gaming.

It's definitely up; it may be empty at times, but I should be in there at all times. (I just set my client so that it will have me join the channel when I connect to freenode.)
