<FIXED> Sorrow Liege ultimate

As I mentioned in the replay thread I posted, sorrow liege's ultimate building has a bug. I was using the necropolises to defend outposts, and got workers to repair them. The bug (at least I'd hope it's a bug and not intentional) is that the workers repair them at a ridiculously high rate. My level 4 necropolis got repaired in like 3 seconds (I think they have 4500 hp).

Heh, ya, fun watching that, even though I only made it about 75%, also noticed 3 other bugs.

1. Nepillium's Scintillate claims that it "regegers" mana.

2. Maybe not a bug, but Scintillate still has two buffing tooltips, but the second one is always at level 1.

3. Well, I can't remember what it was, but, I know I saw something else wrong.

Yeah...good call on Nep...always wondered about the two icons...I think Incin has a bug or something whenever you get hit by it it shows and icon like its a dot but it doesnt do anything...to my knowledge aleast...

In regard to Neph. I think the dual tooltips on the status is because the skill does two things(I'm pretty sure); 1. It heals mana over time and 2. It is basically immolate. I believe that this is the reason for the dual pictures.

Yes, the second one is an immol I believe...

Ya, immolate and regenerating mana, but the first tooltip mentions both, and keeps track of the spell level. The second one I think has just the mana regen mentioned.

Dual tooltip is more or less unaviodable. One is the buff itself, the other is the buff added by the cloak of fire ability that does immolation. I could probably come up with a workaround, but i didnt think anyone would care.

Another sorrow liege bug when paired with the Incantation. You can cast Mark of the Reaper on them.
