So Laser_wolf and I had what I thought was a pretty epic win on stormwail a few days ago. It shatters the idea that losing an outpost (or 1, or 2, or all of them) on stormwail means game over, at least, as far as being undead goes. (and a couple other circumstantial things)
Anyways check out the replay if you want. Rue and Nephy ftw.
Also, sidenote: Max level 80 is disappointing, Yak.
ok I'll post the replay later the site is giving me errors =\

Re: A bit of a comeback
Alright, here's the replay.
Also I was unaware of the replay thread. I guess this is the most active portion of the forums right now anyways.
Better description of the game - Nephy innate skill kept them from getting artifact back to base, my heavy str/armor build for rue was able to defend all outposts hitting the main base (which was the only thing left).
NOTE TO YAK: Workers repair sorrow liege's ultimate buildings fully almost instantly. I thought something in particular caused it, such as the worker being in it then coming out, but I think it just happens naturally.
EDIT: FIXED

Re: A bit of a comeback
There's a thread in the stratergy guide section for replays, I'll have to watch this one some time though.

Reaper, I think you mean Rue's buildings.Reaper777 wrote:NOTE TO YAK: Workers repair nephy's ultimate buildings fully almost instantly.
That game was pretty epic. Neph is very good at keeping the other team from getting the artifact. He still has too little mana until later in the game to be overpowered.

I don't know if I would agree with you that conventional wisdom says if you lose your outposts it's GG.Reaper777 wrote:It shatters the idea that losing an outpost (or 1, or 2, or all of them) on stormwail means game over, at least, as far as being undead goes.

Re: A bit of a comeback
I didn't say it was conventional wisdom. Besides, it's more likely than not you can't win with nothing but your main base left and the other team going for the artifact. That's the point here.
