List of Stackable skill combination effects?

I noticed with some interest that several spell combos exist, as shown in various strategy guides.
For example, apparantly casting one of the fire-based spells on top of the Aeromancer's tornados causes them to catch on fire, doing additional damage to units nearby as well as buildings.
There were a few more effects listed in various places.
I was wondering if people could add any additional effects they know about.

Blazing Priest - Fiery Dash (Combination with Mystic Swashbuckler) - If the Mystic Swashbuckler Dashes through Flame of the Devout, it creates a line of flame that deals damage to nearby enemies. Very useful if used across the front lines.
Blazing Priest - Burning Glyph (Combination with Rune Knight) - If Siphon Glyph is used on a Backfired Target, the Glyph explodes instantly, causing AoE damage.
Blazing Priest - Blazing Banner (Combination with Tactician) - If the Blazing Priest right-clicks on the Tactician's Banner, it will start to deal damage per second to nearby enemies.
Soul Binder - Malicious Banner – The Soul Binder may right click any Tactician banner, causing the banner to attack.
Soul Binder - Whirling Flames - Using incinerate with Maelstrom in effect lights the tornadoes on fire, allowing the tornadoes to damage units and buildings, as opposed to simply buildings.
Treant Rebirth + Bane Encouragement = spawns netherdrake thing from dead unit
Icespinner Frost Spire + Scarab Nightmare = frozen sleep.
Scarab Nightmare + Fenris Dire Howl = Wake up units and deal additional damage.
