Possible Incarnation Change?

Would it be possible or practical for the combo of:
Mark of the Reaper > Gravebind to Return Drained mana from targeted hero? Instead of the entombed skeletons? Wouldn't have to be 100% mana drained is returned but something like 20%-50% or any said amount that would be worthwhile?
