<FIXED> Apparently no one tested RK for D cause. Damn.

Rune knight's hazard slash now summons what I can only describe as a fountain of lag. Its purple, and it spews forth some purple essence which I think we can assume is liquid lag. Or possibly demons. In any case- if you use it, you will regret it. So consider it extremely broken until either e or 1.12.

Got a screen shot. It literally spikes the game. Don't know why giving spell values opens a rift to hell, but there you go. The "fountain" doesn't go away over time.

This would be one of those bugs due to talents I had thought would have been checked. And there was one (or more) rk player sin test games..so much for "test every skill at least at level 1" ;p
Will release a fix for this, but i'll give it another day or so to see if anymore pop up.
