<Todo> Kedge siege towers abort teleportation before hit

On kedge, if you buy teleport and are then targeted by a siege tower, the teleportation aborts ( on acquisition as it seems ), long before you get damaged by the missile in the case you are not walking a bit to get out of the aoe.
