As far as I know and from what I have learned in school, the organism that we refer to as Homo sapiens is a viviporous organism, which basically means "the embryo develops inside the body of the mother". Now either here you are admitting to not being a human being or just fail to comprehend simple concepts of life. Adding another useless insult to the best and most balanced Warcraft III custom map out there is neither something remotely funny or worth smiling at. Just because you dislike it, don't understand it, or just fail to be anywhere close to good at it does not make a map horrible, or as you put it possibly one of the "greatest desaster ever to hit our lovely planet".

But aside from that, I would say Halo 2 has an equal level of balance, but I don't see a fleet of people bashing on Halo 2... Situational fanboyism, perhaps?

First of all, where does Halo fit into things at all?
Second of all, shooter games are a diffucult topic to discuss balance about. Skills are more the issue, quite possibly spawning positions could be imbalanced, but the only positively imbalanced thing about Halo is the positioning of the Elite's head and the fact they die faster.

    I think shooter games are the easiest to balance out considering their style is simplistic, and the genre is older than the hills with many game titles to use as perspective. The gun balance of Halo 2... When do you honestly ever get the desire to pick up ANY of the dual wields, or the carbine? And of course the spawns are retarded, chance based crap. Then there's the mass abuse of BXR, RRXYYRRX..., and power bouncing. On top of that, there's host advantage garbage, that allows the host to remain the host, when connection goes to a point of crappiness.

Dual weilds:
Plasma Rifle, this gun is very good when Halo 2 version 2 got it's melee upgrade, just a few shots and two melees takes people down.
Plasma Pistol, coupled together with carbine, pistols, or the battle rifle, it is deadly. Charging it up and punching= death.

I really don't know if and how they could fix the host advantage, other than letting a mutual party, like a Bungie owned server run the games, but that would take way too much money and bandwith.

    My best bet you've never been in the 30s for X-Box Live. If aimed well, Battle Rifle's damage output is greater than any of the dual wields. The only time dual wields get a greater damage output is at really really close range, good luck getting to that distance in that game. And even when you do, they can still BXR you, or take you down with sword, shotgun, or rockets.

    Combo is pretty much obsolete in 1.10 with how powerful the battle rifle is. Most ranges a player can kill you before your plasma shot goes off. Or perhaps not? Well the other Battle Rifle user will get at least one burst on you fire of your Plasma charge, cover block, then come out with you behind a burst or more. The only purpose that's really left in dual wields after 1.10, is the ability to kill the banshee without rockets, or catching them offgaurd with a stick grenade(rare that a good banshee pilot allows that).

    Carbine is just a retarded by far lesser version of the Battle Rifle, I don't even remember how many kills that the starting ammo load holds, but Battle Rifle holds double that without firing at full efficiency while Carbine is firing full efficiency, on top of that doesn't have head shot magnatism.

    Back to the combo... Say you do want. Let's think on its dynamics... You fully charge it, you shoot it, it guides to the target, and drops their sheilds... It is said to use Magnum, Carbine, or Battle Rifle... But why champ? Well because those weapons one-shot when they recieve head damage on their health. So in that sense, wouldn't you want the gun that hits the head the most efficiently? Let's see... The pistol, at mid range, you get approx of a 1/5 chance to hit the head when centered. Carbine you get 3/5 chance of hitting the head when centered (unscoped) mid range. The Battle Rifle has strong head magnatism, and I would say about a 4/7 chance to head shot when centered (mid ranged-unscoped), and we're talking three of those shots. Sure, Carbine can scope to increase weapon accuracy, but so can the Battle Rifle, and the Battle Rifle's scope weapon accuracy increase is greater.

    When you see someone say something bad about a game, you could assume that they've hardly played it. But not in my case, I've got plenty of games in, and know just about everything there is to know about that game (Multiplayer game dynamics).
