Frost Raider
Model- Raider

An orc mercenary hired by the undead to fight in the north and the frozen areas of the world. He cares only about the reward he receives for every battle that he is part of.

Strength: 23 +2.15 per level
Agility: 14 +1.1 per level
Intelligence: 190+1.8 per level

Innate- Howl of the wolves
Raises the attack damage of surrounding allies by 15% for 20 seconds

Last Strike
Swings his massive sword and creates small shock waves that push the enemies away. Deals high damage, but lowers attack speed.
With each level the attack speed decreases is raised

Ice Shield-Being replaced
Creates a shield of ice that raises the armor of the targeted ally and give them a chance to block damage.
Armor and chance to block increase with each level

Frozen Icicles
Throws icicles at a hero that does physical damage, and lowers the movement speed of them

Ice Shield - Name Replaced- Old Name-Frostbite
Summons a frozen block of ice that freezes any melee unit that attacks is frozen for 1 second
Hit points increase and cool down decreases with each level

Ult-Permafrost
Places a patch of frost in an area that deals damage to all units in the area, lowers attack speed of tower and only deals 10% damage to buildings

Replacements

Snow Lighting
Deals damage to units around the bolt and slows for 1-3 seconds
Has a 1-second casting time

Frostbite
Sends out a frozen wave of air and deals damage to any enemy and has a percent to kill if unit is under a certain amount of hp

Innate Replacement
Reflection
Use a patch of ice to reflect light to detect invisible units.
Last till killed


Hopfully get some comments on this idea

Just a thought, he could be a fallen orc raider (A unit with a skin perhaps?) who died fighting in the north lands, only seeking revenge against everything living.
Other than that the stat increases are kinda low, most strength heroes get more than 1.6 per level. I'll post some examples

If you want him to go as a tank with low stats I'd say that
Strength +2.50

Intelligence 1.25

But those are only suggestions, other than that it has a good concept.

Good concept...don't really like the ice shield though.

Still like the idea of an Ice Shield.

Looking again may be ice shield...several armor spells in the game that can be put on auto-cast...Evoker's kinda overpowered but I like em for it....gets 2 hitted very shortly into game though....dang noob tanks...

I was referring to the block of ice that freezes enemies, although gen's version is much less imba.
