Oh this leak!

Gloom, UD vs Elves:

After ~40 mins my comp started to drop to even lower fps than at the start of the game ( sucky comp with high settings ), like on late Stormwail games ( 3-5 with units I guess )

Game ended after 52 mins, score screen, leaving to channel .... waiting .... waiting ... after 3 mins still waiting ... slowly wondering why it takes as long as on stormwail games ... waiting ... tabbing out ... waiting 2 mins ... CTRL+ALT+DEL ... "Virtual Memory low!" "wtf?!" ... killing WC3 while looking at the virtual memory useage:

Before: 1,18 GB ( max I guess + 512 mb ram with nothing big running )
After Wc3 shut down: 330 MB

PLEASE FIX THE LAG BEFORE IM GOING TO PLAY 1.10 ONLY. THANKS! :o

Leak not Lag ;)

Getting ride of all these leaks is a cruel thing to do. You need to check every spell every action.
I think the only thing that does not leak is text messages.
And when its that much memory i can only think of a Periodic trigger.

I've said it before: When the game gets a massive memory like this, PLEASE POST A LIST OF THE HEROES. If I get even 10 different problem games with their hero lists, finding the problem will be so much quicker and reliable. Posts like these just tell me I have a problem we already know exists.

Oh right, leak *changes the title* :oops:

Talking with pool kinda distracted me. :wink:

Anyway, in wise foresight I have saved the replay and the heroes are:

Martyr, DL, Lich, Garg, Oracle
Inf, SB, TC, DW, Swashy

Also attaching the replay would help too, so yak can see which spells was used and items and and and.

Well, there shouldnt be such massive lag from things that existed in 1.10 and werent reworked.

And while it may help to narrow it down it would require an huge amount of time to watch every hero and what skills he is using and stuff.

Ofc if Yak wants it I will post it.
