That is correct and is as planned. It used to be bugged and not eat the buff. I liked it that way, but it made other odd bugs the only way to kill him.

I always though he was supposed to be immune to death when he had Avatar on, its not like it lasts that long, escpecially if you stun him, since it only heals you back up to about 50%ish

I prefered it with the bug too

Mind you, he was hard to kill when it was bugged.

Well, now I saw his ulitmate at level 2 gives him a 30% chance to cast like target has MoR, so I think it may end up being a fair trade.

Not if you get stunned then gang raped so you only have a chance to cast like 1 spell

Besides MotR has such a short CD its really not that bad :p I know I just cast it on a hero, gravebind+attack, then as they start to run away, nuke and there dead.

I never use Mark+Nuke for AoE its not worth it.

eh? I use mark + nuke early on, not for aoe though... I use it to get cash from sorceresses. Mark gives you part of their mana when they die, and so its a relatively cheap source of early game income.
