In my test game, procs stopped working against blue army units after the first 10 minutes.
In other news, the tooltip for tombstone level 5 is the same as for level 0.

Seems I was confused or blind on mass regen/mana rush. The spell graphic stays with the old, but the buff bar lists the new. I was trying to judge it by health regen however it seems mass regen don't do much more HPS then a high level talant.
I was sure that I checked the buff bar in game, but this is me, so who knows.

Some things I noticed:
- Black Arrow tooltip doesn't state the duration of the Black Arrow effect on units
- AI Time Cleric can pick up moontears with her Fork clones, and those moontears properly gain charges like on any other hero (I don't know what happens when a clone completes a moontear though)
- Mastery of Blood - Adrenaline can be set to autocast (but it doesn't seem to be cast automatically)
- does AI Infiltrator intentionally use mines to kill dying allied heroes to deny the enemy team the kill?
