Eve of the Apocalypse: Twilight

So I tried to download the newest version of Eota the other day (1.14b6?) but an error appears when I attempt to extract (open/save) the file and it brings me to an Adobe reader x page, saying something along the lines of "not a supported file type blalahahah...." Any suggestions?

How the hell is adobe even involved in this?

I dunno what browser you're using, but most should have some equivalent of right click->save file as, instead of trying to open the file.

I should note I'm able to save the file but when I get into the game and click on the eota map it doesn't display the team/player menu....

I think something's wrong with your browser/computer then. Try virus scans etc.

Alternately, that one guy setup an eota host bot, so you could try downloading it from there.

The version I was using before was cracked (might have something to do with it?). Thought I'd try and save a few bucks, being a poor college student, but finally broke down and bought a hard copy from Amazon...thanks anyway though :/

Tried this but the game had an error attempting to patch X_X

Ok bought a hard copy, installed, and attempted to patch. But the fucking game still won't patch properly. Said something about an error attempting to read a patch from wc3 and that I may not have enough hard drive space (which I do)...yayaya any ideas?

Edit: Patched ok, just need someone to host....
