Fix second banning round not unselecting heroes properly.
Look into hotkey for Offhands.

EDIT:
The teleport for AI heroes is still bugged. Works correctly if Serra or a tavern hero is hired.
Nice to see the AI act more aggressive again.

Some way to improve Garg's innate (like life or dmg reduction) would be nice when the game becomes longer. (Stat-based or talent)

Brainlust seems inconsistent in removing the life drain once the buff duration is up. I've also seen Betrayal not remove the enemy player status from an AI hero (The buff does disappear).

Ok, what a fucking bitch that was to find.

udg_Tick - GetInteger(u,"AI.LastPort") >= 20
That little bit of code right there was the problem. udg_Tick is a gobal variable that increments once a second to keep track of the time. Wait, no, that's the udg_Time variable. What the fuck is Tick? Turns out its a completely seperate timer, doing the exact same thing except 10 times a second as part of the old-style AI updating. It's only use was to keep track of porting for the AI. The port code that I copy/pasted then adapted to the new AI.

It also had a completely seperate bug I'm amazed nobody noticed. Hero kills of the same hero within 4 minutes of each other are suppose to give half bounty. That was actualy also using the Tick variable, which turned it into a 24 second delay before bounties reset, making the whole mechanic never apply if an old AI was enabled, or alternately a permanent reduction without an AI.

In other news:
- Sentinel's being hit by spells should be fixed
- Fork was casting Echoing Strike all along. It just wasn't having any effect because the spellcast wasn't being detected

No, it's just there as a bluff/intimidation ability.

Seriously, it only now occurs to me that when you meant Pyroclasm deals "no damage" you actualy meant 0 and not "pathetically low amounts". It's fixed already.

And in other news: RK and DS are getting completely unexpected love next version, due to me and short randomly coming up with two really awesome, yet shockingly simple to add, spell ideas. Replacing Stun Rune/Ancestral Fury (or whatever its called).

Execute on a flying hero that's been netted won't restore the hero to the correct flying height.

Also interesting to note that you can kidnap enemy heroes with Tiara of the Stars using Execute: teleport to a target enemy hero using the tiara then use Execute to make both go to your original position.
