-Skeleton gets skillpoints which cant be spend due to no control
-Didnt see any skulls after buying talent

Skills are spent when the talent makes them available.

Skulls come out when there's a decent number of enemies around. Think fam's starfall.

Mana Storm's cloud works but its density obscures everything on the ground.

Mana Storm is a pretty strong harassment skill, though I can't really see its whole effect with only AI enemies. The mana drain is definitely powerful, not so sure about the mana gain.The duration of the spell in the tooltip would be nice to know.
Is it intended for it to be undispellable?

There's still that bug with Soar making Aero incompatible with talents and banner combo since she's a different unit.

The duration goes up as it drains mana, I forgot to mention that in the tooltip. Mana gain is only suppose to be a side effect, plus to help mitigate its power growth from its mana gain.
