Not many changes in this one (bugfixes). Was suppose to overhaul Aero but only half done there. Almost at the end of the elf revamp though, just need a day or so of motivation.

Bug: Since Soar makes Aero a new unit, she becomes incompatible with comboing with the Tact's banners and can't upgrade Talents. Soar's research description is also wrong.
Her innates seem kind of OP now:
Mana Rush has a pretty low cooldown. It's pretty much a spell you should spam at all times.
Aiding Winds is cheap since it's never on cooldown when you use Soar. If Soar gets to level 6, it can also be spammed a lot.
It looks like Soar takes longer to go back to the ground. Her flying height is not always reset correctly too.
