Eve of the Apocalypse: Twilight

I've been wondering where to post suggestions regarding the actual game, not just heroes and their skills. The game development subforum "Suggestions" reads "Submit hero or skill concepts for critiquing and potential implementation.", so I'm a bit afraid of posting there. Are such 'issues' even accepted, or is the development in a stage where only heroe related changes will happen?

Suggestions is fine, or even here in general. This is assuming it doesn't belong in Balance.

Although in truth it doesn't really matter where you put it.
