As referenced in the above link I feel it would be a good idea to implement a loading screen with some information to help new players get themselves oriented with Eota as a whole, because it is a lot to take in.
Topics I would include are as follows:
Items/Scrolls
Altars/Tempering
Skill Points/Talents
Obelisks/Moontears/Gloomite
Leavers/AI
Crystal/Gold
Mercenaries
Teleport
Doesn't need to be much, in fact less is more in this case as there's not a huge window of time to look at it (ideally).

The problem with showing something at the loading screen is people may not even read that, since they already have every chance to know whats going on with all the tips and quests, not to mention simply asking another person. While it's good for newbies, personally it can get annoying after you've played the map 30 times. The default loading screen is much cleaner.
