emberwraths talent for mana drain of 1.2% over 8 secs on flare, for those who don't know or can't remember. but as its current state i don't really see it as worth its cost for 18 crystal.
maybe make it deal more mana drain as flare level increases say .1/.15/.2/.25/.3/.35 per sec for 8 secs (range from .8% to 2.8% total mana over 8 seconds)
or reduce the cost and add another talent after it that does .25 per sec instead, say 15 crystal for rank 1 and 20 crystal for rank 2
or maybe a flat amount of mana drain like 15-20 mana per second drained
it would make the talent much more of an option instead of just another debuff to cauterize with
