Voting

For some reason, someone decided they were going to make a vote for skill points at every level, which ended up ridiculous of course. However, when it tallied the votes, it SOMEHOW came up with 12 YES 4 NO. How can 12 people vote yes when there's 10 people in a game? Forgot to make a replay, but I know there was a rank 10, rank 17, and I think a rank 6, if that matters at all. Another vote afterward for allheroes did not show the bug, however.
