I was just thinking perhaps the crystal cost is too high for the effect.
Maybe I'm miss-understanding the dynamics of Focus, but if only things in the center of holy strike (which is already tiny to begin with) take extra damage, what is the point? You do an extra 75, 90 damage max to 1-3 things? Or is the wording "Holy Strike does an additional 5/10/15% damage" more accurate, and there is no center area of amplified damage?
Maxing Implacability will probably result in what, +400 life gain max?

Re: Divine Wizard: Focus & Implacability
I always max implacability because it seems to heal a ton more. Focus is useful when holy-striking a disabled hero, but I agree that the cost is a bit high for it.

Focus I believe was to mitagate/counter the damage reduction heroes take from all AoE nukes so that it would do closer to the damage listed in -s to a hero.
