Arctic Catalysm does not hit grounded air

Arctic Catalysm does not hit air units which were grounded by his freeze in place skill.

He also can't target mechanical units with it despite it doing damage to them.

It only does 50% damange to mechanical units because 50% of Artic Cataclysms Damage is physical. So you still can't target them with a spell, but it'll hurt them.
