Is this when you're trying to post something? Because if so, then no, I get them on occasion.

I've gotten timeouts, but that's just cuz I'm torrenting.

Don't think I've ever gotten a 403 from here.

Should be fixed; let me know if this occurs again.

Thanks emu, it hasn't occurred except for an hour or two around when i posted (I think i might have caught you messing with permissions fixing the upload problem)
