Eve of the Apocalypse: Twilight

I know some of you hate -temper with a passion because it has a rank requirement, and feel it should be a freebie for everyone. I've also said in the past that whining about it will get it removed completely. Some have professed that it has balance implications, none of which have been convincing to me. Ultimately, there won't be a removal of the rank requirements of temper. In light of the following change, it might even get increased slightly.

What will be changing is that it will either: A) enable it for your entire team, or B) if a player on both teams has sufficient rank, enables it for every player in the game (for only one team, noone wold have it enabled).

It will also be auto-enabled for single player games.
