Eve of the Apocalypse: Twilight

Glacial Tyrant's shield graphic is not showing up. It seemed to work until about rank 5, then stopped showing up. Reminds me of Bane's Encouragement slightly, but anyways. Though it does seem to be applying the proper amount of DPS and such.

I've had issues with both this and Eidolon's shield, but only when the Time Cleric uses Phase. A shielded target won't always have the shield graphic when it returns to existence.
