'Heroes' and 'Hero Ideas'

Post and discuss new hero suggestions here.
These two forums seem to have an identical purpose, but by judging the posts in the 'Heroes' forum I think its description should be changed. Perhaps "Discuss hero and spell balance here." or something along those lines.Player made hero concepts can be placed here for critiques by others and potential use in EotA
