Emberwraith's Smokescreen/Smolder does not Provide evasion and doesn't show the smokescreen graphic.

Well more specifically, wherever you first train Smoke Screen/Smolder is where the cloud will stay.

Edit: Updated with replay, note the beginning when I lane and when I first train smolder. Also about 15 mins from the end I stop and sit in it, and ping the location again.

The Ascendant's Ravenous Dive ability causes him to become immobile for awhile. Afterwards the spell will fire and may not work properly sometimes.
