Siphon Glyph talent adds DoT
RK's talent that adds magic vulnerability to Siphon Glyph still deals damage over time in addition to the vulnerability.

actually not,
in fact it works like spirit link (or whatever the orc tauren caster spell from vanilla is called) and thus it makes all units take dmg when one gets hit making it look like dot when the units get hit frequently.
