Well, I played against some noobs and the result was an empty game after 18 minutes and 16 hero kills for me.
Swoop still caused massive damage from just a hero length away ( 90% of DS hp who was lvl 6, I was lvl 15). It should only deal a fracture within 300-400 range imo.
And the knockback duration even on low levels was about 3 seconds from medium range swoops, equalling a good stun when pushed into trees etc.
And all that without extra Agi, Backlash or talents.
