Eve of the Apocalypse: Twilight

Marytr's Stormspire doesn't seem to be regenerating mana like it should. Even with stacked Int. When I would use Ion or Polarize it would reduce the proper amount, which is fine, execpt I'm supposed to be gaining mana after casting, right? Not sure if anyone else has seen this.

You're not the first one to misunderstand that it's talking about the Stormspire's mana, not the Martyrs.
