Current rough plans

1.12d - Kedge moontear revamp + a few skill replacements (see other thread)
1.12e - A lot of "test" versions for balance experiements, versions will be open to public but all of them non-official
1.13 - Spawn upgrades return
No eta on when d comes out. Any emergency fixes needed obiously changes the numbering.

Don't you mean rock throw or whatever gives the melee units the ability to attack air, even though there is no air? That's the most common unwanted upgrade that people on my team get, at least for me. -_-
