Abilities:
Greatness of Noble Crusader: [Innate][Self Centered Circle AoE + Passive]
Active:
Noble Crusader's family valuables can shine so bright they can momentarily blind most
Active ability Greatness of Lotust does a circular blind causing units to have a chance to miss.
Passive:
The family of Noble Crusader is very wealthy.
Noble Crusader will gain X.Y gold over time and will get Z% bonus gold for kills.

Make Way: [Self Centered]
Noble Crusader is too great to stop, and with his specially breed magical steed he does not have to.
Make Way allows Noble Crusader to walk on units for X duration and will do [X + (Y * Consuables in inventory) + (Z * Perminent Items in inventory)].
Note: Stacks count for how many are stacked, for example: A stack of 3 attack scrolls and a potion would equal 4.

Every level damage and duration of effect will increase.

Promote: [Single Allied Army Unit]
The Noble Cursader has connections.
Noble Crusader promotes a single unit.

Every level cooldown will decrease.

Note: Tier chart is Tier 1 promotions at level 1, Tier 2 promotions at level 4.

Zealous Influence: [Self Centered AoE]
Noble Crusader's family influence is great.
All units (and heroes besides Noble Crusader?) will recieve increase move speed, attack speed, and bash. However, units will have reduced armor and a chance to miss.

Hunting Dogs: [Self Centered Summon]
Great nobles are great hunters and never would do without specially breed hunting dogs.
Noble Crusader can summon up to two Hunting Dogs that share the Noble Crusader's level. Hunting dogs may run through units.

Hunting Dog #1: (Jupiter)
Defensive type, stays a closer distance to Noble Crusader.
Has a high target prioirty and has evasion.
At "Hunting Dogs" level 2 gains an ability howl disorienting equalibriums slowing move speed and attack speed in an area.

Hunting Dog #2: (Saturn)
Offensive type, is willing to keep a farther distance from Noble Crusader.
Has Life Steal and Crit.
At "Hunting Dogs" level 4 gains an ability to latch onto hero slowing the hero's attack speed and move speed and doing damage to the hero for X duration.

Every level of "Hunting Dogs" the hunting dogs will recieve armor upgrade.

Buy Out: [Ultimate][Single Target Tower]
Noble Crusader wants it, he'll buy it.
For 150% of the tower's original cost, Noble Crusader can buy it. However, the other team may buy it back for their team for 151% of the original cost.

Talents:
Intense Wealth:
Gives Greatness of Noble Crusader active ability a chance to stun units in area.

Eternal Vows:
Units under Zealous Influence have X% chance to come back to life for Y duration.

Controlled Market:
Adds a duration as a requirement before Tower can be bought back.

Notes:
For Make Way, I would say [X + (Y * Weight)] but that'd require a weight system for items.

Kind of like a cross between Arcane Archer and Tactician, is the best to describe the hero that I can think of.

[Edit] To further clarify, The gained ability for the two dogs is gained from the skill level of "Hunting Dogs" not the unit/hero level your dogs are (which is your level).

Ha ha

sounds like a wealthy capitalist!

Ayn Rand would be proud...perhaps!

Thoughts:

First off, your spell names and concepts are really strange and too complex. Plus you use ones that are already taken. (Promote)

However, I like the hunting dog theory. Different and cool. The ult I don't get, why would you want to buy a tower? Yes, they can kill units, but towers are that hard to kill. Make Way is frankly situational and could be useless. His innate isn't bad, but Promote is an inferior version of the Tactician's.

His promote also isn't an ult. . .It SHOULD be inferior.

This hero idea is excellent.

Well for the AoE buff, for the move speed, attack speed, and bash (which should be fairly minute) to actually be good, a side effect is required.

AoE buffs and d-buffs aren't really rocket science ergo not that complex.

"Make Way" isn't that complex, one of the heroes in Rabbits vs. Sheep has a similar ability.

"Hunting Dogs" isn't really that different though. You can look at them as similar to Familure for arcane archer.

As for buying a tower as an ultimate... To sum it up short, Sabatoge for the Infiltrator. To explain it further, you can instantly take away an enemy tower, which would cause a lot of grief for a base, it gets a tower out of the way, and it takes damage before they can buy it back from you. And even if they do buy it back instantly after you do it, it'll still force them to drain their money. Given his innate that gives him money over time and greater bounty kills, it'll be more common that he'll have more money. An example, having 2000 gold and they have 1510 gold, to them that's harsher money spent than you spent.

Promote is lesser than promotion, for starters, it's only a single unit as opposed to multiple, it also doesn't get a tier per level unlike promotion that gives you a tier for every skill point, in fact you can ONLY get up to tier 2.

I have to say this hero idea is pretty cool :p

I still don't get Promote, you say you can't get it past tier 1?

Trim quotes up to only have contents of what you're commenting or asking on.

Tier 2 is the limit. What I mean by tiers is each level of Promotion you get a higher tier of promoted units. While Promote can only get Tier 2, which is achieved at level 4 Promote and up.

To further clarify...
[[Footman]] becomes [[Squire]] at Tier 1 Promotion.
[[Footman]] becomes [[Dragoon]] at Tier 2 Promotion.
[[Footman]] becomes [[Templar]] at Tier 3 Promotion.
[[Footman]] becomes [[High Guard]] at Tier 4 Promotion.

So the best Promote (as oppose to Promotion) can make is [[Dragoon]], [[Ranger]], and [[Conjurer]].

Units in reference to Wiki entry: [[Units]]

Yes, quoting the person before is only acceptable if you do this.

Just fyi I was planning on redoing Tactician's promote because the current format is a mess with the factionless gameplay, and i don't want to create 60 unit types just for one ultimate.

Or you could just make it so Fulborgs turn into Squire, Dragoon, Templar, and High Guard. Spear Chukem guys turn into Hunter, Ranger, Trueshot, and Amazon. Ice Trolls turn into Magician, Conjurer, Warlock and Arcanist. Considering Tactician on a team other than High Elves is off themed to begin with, why bother going to the extent of changing?

Though simply adding skills to Promoted units that emulate the same effect as current Promotion would work just as well.
