You guys aren't looking at it from all angles though. The INT gain isn't that high. I tested the other day, I was between lvl 40-44 with about 140 INT, I had it rank 5 and it did 480 dmg, got it rank 6 and it said 508. A 28 dmg increase? And that's overpowered? Most spells get between 50-70. It's not overpowered. Early game it is pretty imba, but it lvls out later. Not a big deal.
