dont tell me thats a feature, considering the fact that it is the only really useful skill he has left

What? BP is very good imo and with his talent that increases the range of kaboom that's an awesomely cool skill,take 3-4 phenix and you can kill enemy heros in the blink of an eye.
Didn't notice it hurting allies but even if so, this skill is in my opinion one of those, who really don't need a buff.
Take it as targetable, moving mines of the Infiltrator,without delay in exploding, sure it deals less dmg, but that's just fair.
With the 75%(100%?) increased range at maxed out talent it really owns.
Oh and to the point that it'd be the only useful skill...
BP is meant for sieging,or did I get that wrong? He has an aoe ulti with long duration and moderate dmg,aoe defense+dmg buff for allies,and is able to slow down towers(as well,maxed out talent makes that skill very dangerous), so what more do you want from a hero that's supposed to get down bases?
