The problem with the new blink is that the damage reduction is close to useless without a reason to stay in the danger zone, especially with the invisibility. And the low critical is basically useless to make you go into melee.
I think blink should be changed to grant "ghost invisibility" instead of normal invisibility. This should allow her to automtically aquire targets, attack while becoming visible for a moment only, then disappearing again. It should last the full duration of the buff time, 8 seconds on lvl 6 i think.
In addition the damage and magic damage reduction should be removed in favor for an increased critical.
A high critical would synergise with a high Agi AoO build. Blink would then be used to get in for AoO instead of Windwalk.
Another possible idea is to drop invis in favor for the other stats, as with and inceased critical you will stay in the danger zone and have a use for defense increase, but I think invis should stay if possible.
